Our Founding Story
Insyder was born from Kevin’s work at the frontlines of voice AI and a problem he saw companies struggling with every day: speed in hiring rate-limiting growth. When a CEO once asked him, “How the hell do I get through 300 interviews with 10 people?” Kevin knew the answer wasn’t more people — it was better tools.
His career has been about building them as founding Head of Revenue at Vantage Discovery, and Head of the Connected Equiment Product at Samsara (NYSE: IOT). Insyder is the next challenge - a chance to help companies find their real difference-makers.
